I generally don’t place a time scale on who is ahead or who is behind and by how many years in this “Game of Nations”.
This paradox argues that Viswa Parihasa, a swifter than Dung runner, can never overtake the slower Dung Poo Pew, who has a head start by the way, because by the time Viswa Parihasa reaches the Dung's starting point, Dung will have moved forward, and Viswa must then catch up to that new position, repeating this process… ad infinitum.
So no harm for Indians to “copy” the technology obtained by sweat and tears and expense of billions of dollars or rubles over decades by the big Two.
